mpo21 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks and e-wallets may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your account being suspended.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet after successful KYC completion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay: Popular Indonesian betting formats including Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets follow standard industry settlement rules. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are possible in certain handicap scenarios.
We reserve the right to void bets if we detect errors in odds, technical malfunctions, palpable errors, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that betting patterns indicate collusion, syndicate betting, or other forms of unfair advantage.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.

In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to mpo21, provided that you have not violated these Terms. If your account is closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, mpo21 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance according to the terms of closure.
All content on the mpo21 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of mpo21 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, mpo21 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
mpo21's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of mpo21 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and mpo21, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.
All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English or Indonesian, at the discretion of mpo21, and shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
